The
Scream Team
Mike's writing is filled with suspense.
Once you've started his book, it's hard to put it down. More importantly,
there is a truth that comes through loudly and clearly. Heaven and hell
are real. In light of the brevity of life, the time to tell people about
Christ is not tomorrow; it's today. Scream reminds each believer of
the need to reach out - NOW!

Okay,
so I have this dream. It's called the Scream
Team. What is it? Read on and maybe you'll catch the dream
too.
Talking about death is never easy. And
what happens after death? That's even harder.
Eterntiy. Ever think about it? Ever talk
about it?
There's really only two choices: heaven
or hell. So why is it so difficult to talk about? It is, after all,
a matter of life and death and possibly the most important topic you'll
engage another person in.
There's a ton of reasons why we're hesitant
to talk about such things . . . and I'd like to dispose of all of them
and make it a lot easier.
Here's my idea. Readers love to read, right?
And they love to talk about what they're reading, right? So why not
use a book to introduce a conversation about life and death and, more
importantly, what happens after death.
Scream is all about the brevity
of life and imminence of death. Read the book then pass it on to a friend
or family member or co-worker to read. Then ask one simple question:
Well, what did you think? And that'll get a conversation going. It's
that easy.
So what's the Scream Team?
Well, once you've passed the book on (or if you plan to pass it on),
fill out the form below and tell me who you've given it to so I can
pray for you and that person and your impending conversation . . . and
you're in. Sorry, no secret password or handshake, yet. It's all based
on the honor system. (Maybe there will be t-shirts or bumper stickers
or something in the future, who knows).
Below are links to conversation
prompts, discussion group questions,
faith-sharing aids, and important Bible verses
to know when talking about eternity. And, of course, I'm just an email
away. I'd truly love to hear how things are going.
If every person who reads Scream passes
it on to one other person and gets a conversation going that leads to
the gospel being shared, there's no telling what could happen.
Catch the dream.
